Time For Spring Cleaning! Take out the Trash!

by DrLeAnne Deardeuff on May 30, 2013

This Spring has been a beautiful cool Spring. Granted we did have a few weeks of some above 90 degree weather but for the most part it has been lovely! I find it so much easier to do my Spring Cleaning when it is cooler inside and out! I am more active with the yard clean up also. Our community has free dump days at the landfill during the Spring to encourage people to clean their yards and clear the dead brush from Winter thus making a more beautiful city over all. Did you know that there are times and seasons to clean inside of your body also? It also wants to get rid of it’s toxins. Spring is the season that the liver will automatically begin clearing its toxins. Have you prepared your garbage shoot (i.e. colon) so that your liver can have a free dump also?
Did you know that the EPA estimates that the average person is contaminated with 700 different chemicals, most of which have not be studied for their affect on human physiology. These toxins range from pesticides to plastics, heavy metals and more. Our exposure comes through our choice of food and what we put in and on our bodies, and it also comes through the city water supply and contaminated air both outdoors and indoors.
For instance, are you aware that the average American home contains over 63 hazardous products and that as a result indoor air is on average 7 times more polluted than the air outside?
Further research shows that the Standard American Diet of white flour, white sugar, refined salt, meat and dairy laced with hormones and antibiotics, aspartame, and trans-fats leads to a toxic load on our body.
All evidence points to the fact that toxins we encounter play a key role in the development of such problems as hormone imbalance, fertility problems, cancer, birth defects, organ damage, asthma, neurological problems, immune dysfunction, fatigue, weight gain, allergies, fibromyalgia, and more.  And the SAD (Standard American Diet) is largely responsible for the epidemics of diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and at the very least makes it difficult for our body’s to recover from chemical exposure.
Do you know anyone perhaps a friend or a loved one or family member that has any of these types of problems?

What can be done?

                 1. I recommend using Young Living’s powerful Cleansing Trio for at least 4 months.

When some people think of cleansing, they envision starved and exhausted individuals hanging out by the toilet and unable to function for days.  There are many cleanses out there, and some of them are more intense than others. But we don’t want you to have to take a week off of work in order to start clearing the toxins and waste out of your system!

Using the Cleansing Trio is easy. You can eat when and what you want; though eventually you will want to change your diet to a healthier one in order to rid your diet of the toxins in processed foods.

You use the Cleansing Trio to balance your bowels. Your goal is 2-3 bowel movements a day that are fast and easy to pass and well formed.

        2.  After you have 2-3 bowel movements a day start on Juva Tone and Juva Cleanse to clean out your liver.

Start with one Juva Tone daily increasing one tablet a day for 5 days then decreasing it over 5 days to one pill then starting over. Use Juva Cleanse in the lining of the cheek several times a day.

                   3. Drink at least ½ your body weight in ounces daily!

For example if you weigh 140 pounds drink 70 oz of water. That equates to about 8 cups of water a day! It is necessary to hydrate to help flush out toxins!
